What I'm Currently Working On...

Hey there! So I've been training four women to get them into kick-butt shape, and am finding that this is really not what my passion is. It's nice to get people looking good, but what I love to do encompasses much more than fitness training.

That being said, this is what I'm up to...

You know how women who've hurt their necks or backs and want to get into shape, but are afraid of hurting themselves because they don't have adequate supervision while exercising?

What I'm doing now is helping these women achieve the body of their dreams by providing them with a COMPREHENSIVE program that includes customized exercises so they can work out safely and effectively.

I'm going to be talking more about this program, and am planning to have a FREE 2-hour workshop at the end of March, so stay tuned for details!

Here We Go On The Net!

Okay...I admit this is the first time that I'm making the go of getting myself online. I've always been quite the private person, but more and more, I'm realizing that it's actually easier to access my clients and potential clients via the Worldwide Web!

So, this being said. Here I am. I'm going to be posting all things related to my loves: Physical Therapy, Fitness and Internet Marketing. I guess that's a start since I don't think that salsa dancing, aerial fitness, rock climbing, painting and singing would all fit into the title. However, don't be surprised if I somehow include these topics in my blogging down the line!
